Asset Management

Our asset management team utilizes strategic techniques in order to facilitate the long-term stabilization of projects and investments. The team remains proactive on preventative maintenance, efficient on logistical planning, and on-call to handle emergencies. Our team remains well read, leading to management which can achieve the greatest return with the process of monitoring and maintaining facilities systems, with the objective of providing the best possible service to end-users. The first, and foremost, focus of the team is to manage the entire life cycle, including: design, construction, commissioning, operating, maintaining, repairing, modifying, replacing, and decommissioning of physical and infrastructure assets.

Site Services & Construction Management

Our construction management team is well versed in the techniques necessary to sustain functionally and financially viable projects. Functions include: specifying project objectives and plans including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements, and selecting ideal project participants; maximizing the resource efficiency through procurement of labor, materials, and equipment; implementing various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting, and construction in the entire process; and most importantly, developing effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts and maximizing efficiency throughout.

Acquisition and Development

Acquisition managers are responsible for site selection, financial modeling, and the execution of the transaction. Responsibilities include strategic planning, identifying & analyzing acquisition opportunities, negotiating transactions, and packaging the deals for clients, the company, or the business unit. This entire process becomes streamlined after becoming experienced in all facets of the job.
