225,000 sf neighborhood shopping center located on the 440 corridors and LeFante Way in Bayonne, NJ.
The original site was industrial vacant land located in a flood plain fourteen feet below mean water level and required 1,500,000 tons of fill material to provide proper grade. South Cove has over 2000 linear feet of River walks.
During this project we coordinated with NJ transit location of light rail and utilized pile foundations to transform the site into a viable commercial parcel in the city. Anchor tenants include Stop & Shop, Staples, TJ Max, Cinema 12, Massage Envy, Wendy’s, Houlihan’s, Dunkin Donuts as well as over 15 other tenants. We are currently working with Hilton to build a 120 room hotel located across from the Carribean Cruise Line “Cape Liberty Terminal”.
During the process of building South Cove Commons we also coordinated Development and infrastructure with our neighbor “The Bayonne Golf Course”.  We participated in the process to provide construction aggregate materials and other general contracting services to assist in developing the Scottish links course.
In addition to the above we have also constructed, developed and or managed over 38 commercial related sites.  Some of our tenants include Rite Aide, Quick Check, 7-11, Valley National Bank and Bank of America.
We are currently in the process of developing and managing the East 22nd Street Gateway Project to include over 60,000 sf of new commercial tenants.  This is part of Bayonne’s 440 corridor redevelopment plan and adjacent to the Bayonne Crossing shopping center.

Duraport Marine and Rail Terminal was founded in December 1998 and is the only privately owned bulk and break bulk, full-service deep water multi-modal port facility in the New York Harbor. The terminal is located in the center of the Kill Van Kull, a strategic waterway between the borders of New York and New Jersey serving an integral role as a maritime route between Port Newark, Port Elizabeth, and the New York Harbor. Duraport is a 30-acre fully paved terminal featuring an 800-foot bulkhead that can accommodate Handymax, Panamax, and Post Panamax vessels, as well as barges, RO/RO, and ship-to-rail loading and off-loading.

Ridge Crossing Industrial Park is a proposed state-of-the-art complex featuring over 300,000 Square Feet of industrial space with a retail component (230,000 new, 86,000 existing). The industrial complex is located along Schuyler Ave. to the north, Belleville Turnpike to the south, and bordering Sellers Street to the east. Ridge Crossing is in an ideal industrial location due to its close proximity to the New York Metropolitan markets.
Development and planning of this multi-phased industrial site began in third-quarter 2013. The demolition, construction, and redevelopment work is scheduled in a multi-phased process. Phase 1 will include the demolition of 15 buildings on the Belleville Turnpike side of the industrial complex which would necessitate the utility disconnection and relocation of all services. It is also anticipated that current overhead and underground easements would need to be extinguished and relocated.
